Salesforce seeks a talented, self-directed, technical leader to manage software engineers on the Information Technology Application Engineering and Operations teamYou will collaborate with many teams across Information Technology, Finance and Employee Success (HR)
to scale and enhance systems for the unparalleled growth of SalesforceIn this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of tools, systems, and applications that support the Salesforce Finance and HR (Employee Success) systemsWorked on project delivery in Workday Human Capital Management and/or Financial TransformationExperience in HR domain (Hire to Retire, Talent Foundations, Total Rewards, Global Time & Absence, Payroll) OR in Finance (Record to Report, Source to Pay, Plan to Perform)Experience in multiple Integration technologies like MuleSoft and Workday integrations (Studio, Orchestrations, etc.)Experience managing global team working out of multiple time zonesExperience with agile/scrum methodologyA related technical degree requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience managing vendo
