Job Description Key Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of projects, ensuring key milestones are met by collaborating with multi-functional teams and providing regular progress updates.
Assist in defining governance structures,
managing risks, and ensuring decision-making processes are followed.
Support to track and manage project dependencies and BAU work, ensuring timely completion of tasks to meet targets.
Help define and implement appropriate project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Assist with change management initiatives, including training, employee communications, and managing the change agent network.
Gather data and insights from the project team to support reporting, and provide updates to the Project Manager or Program Manager.
Support the coordination of regular project and portfolio management meetings, tracking progress and managing interdependencies between projects.
Assist with closing project activities, including financial management, resource release, and the formal handover of responsibilities to business-as-usual support.
