As a Sales Manager at Element Logic, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across Italy. This is a high-impact position suited for a sales professional with a solid background in warehouse automation, intralogistics, and warehouse management systems.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will shape and execute forward-looking sales strategies while delivering on ambitious revenue targets. You bring a consultative sales approach, combining deep market insight with the ability to understand complex customer needs and translating them into high-value solutions.
In this role, you will own and develop a robust sales pipeline, lead complex deal processes, and build long-term partnerships with key clients. At the same time, you will actively contribute to expanding our market presence and influencing the future direction of our business in the region.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the warehouse and logistics market.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation and qualification through to contract signing.
- Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored warehouse automation solutions.
- Present Element Logic’s automation technologies and value proposition to prospective customers.
- Prepare competitive proposals and pricing, balancing customer requirements with business profitability.
- Maintain strong knowledge of warehouse automation technologies, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure seamless experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Solution Design, and other stakeholders to drive customer suc
