For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A; team . You’ll be in charge of:
- Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact;
- Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes;
- Assisting in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels,
contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans;
- Collaborating with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives;
- Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects;
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business;
- Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
You are the right person if you:
- Are a Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
- Have a strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments;
- Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data;
- Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
