Job Overview




The Incentive Programs Intern supports the team responsible for enhancing dealer performance and driving commercial growth across the network. This role provides exposure to sales strategy, business performance management, and market analysis, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment. It is ideal for a highly analytical and business-oriented candidate interested in understanding how commercial initiatives contribute to achieving sales objectives within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the intern include but are not limited to the following:
Support in the development and implementation of dealer incentive programs
Monitoring and analysis of commercial performance linked to incentive campaigns
Data analysis and reporting (sales performance, KPIs tracking)
Coordination with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Communication) for progra
