This broad product offering makes it a one‐stop partner for online businesses and entrepreneurs across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Data Science Lead to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role you will lead a team of two data scientists while staying hands‐on in delivery yourself. You will bring not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of business operations and strategy. As a Data Science Lead, you will set the direction and priorities for the team,
coach your data scientists in their technical and professional growth, and personally own the most complex projects end to end. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers, to design and implement data‐driven solutions that align with the company's goals, translating complex data into business value through machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
This is deliberately a hybrid role. We are not looking for someone who only directs work: you will spend a meaningful share of your time building models, writing code and reviewing your team's output, and you should want to keep it that way.
