We are seeking an Operations Manager with strong people management skills and hands-on expertise in process optimization and AI implementation , with experience leading teams in e-commerce, logistics and multi-site operations. This role is critical in aligning logistics, customer service and data analytics to improve efficiency, service levels and scalability across our two fulfillment centers in Milan and Naples.
This is not a role where you simply manage existing processes. We expect you to challenge them, improve them and build better ones.
The ideal candidate is a pragmatic leader and continuous-improvement thinker, with hands-on experience in operational KPIs, analytics, and automation and AI tools.
You will work closely with the COO.
What you will do
• Lead and coach the Logistics and Customer Service teams, building a culture of ownership and high execution standards
• Oversee our two fulfillment centers in Milan and Naples, standardizing best practices and improving KPIs: cost per order, speed, quality, service levels
•Work closely with warehouse teams to identify bottlenecks and improve workflows, organization and productivity — spending time on site when needed to understand problems firsthand
• Improve customer service performance (response times, resolution, customer satisfaction), fixing root causes together with Logistics
• Identify and lead AI and automation projects across logistics and customer service, from pilot to adoption, with the Tech team
• Challenge and redesign processes to make them simpler, faster and scalable
