Mission as a junior people partner you will have a real impact on the local HR reality, supporting onboarding, performance management and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- support people partners and business leaders in performance reviews, engagement surveys and talent reviews.
- act as first point of contact for employees on people‑related topics.
- partner with managers on onboarding, probation follow‑ups, development conversations and day‑to‑day people management.
- identify and address employee‑relations issues, escalating when necessary.
- drive engagement initiatives to foster a strong team culture.
- collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring needs and workforce planning.
- support organizational changes, transfers, promotions and restructuring.
- ensure proper implementation of people policies and compliance with local regulations.
- analyze hr data (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify trends.
- contribute to development plans,

learning initiatives and internal communication.

Requirements
- 3‑5 years of experience in hr, preferably in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
- bachelor’s degree in psychology, hr management, labor law, business administration or related field.
- fluent in italian and english.
- good knowledge of excel or googlesheets.
- proactive, solution‑focused and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- excellent communication, time‑management and organisational skills.
- experience in analysing hr data and turning insights into actions is a plus.
