CentralReach Essentials is the leading all-in-one AI-powered autism and IDD care platform specifically designed for small and startup therapy providers. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to help grow and evolve this product as we expand our revenue cycle, practice management and clinical capabilities.
This role is designed for a Senior Product Manager who is comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and hands‑on execution . You will leverage your experience in revenue cycle and/or claim management products to contribute to the CR Essentials product direction while owning end‑to‑end delivery of complex initiatives across the platform.
Success in this role requires navigating ambiguity, deeply understanding real‑world clinic workflows, and building solutions that work across disciplines without compromising CentralReach’s ABA strengths.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Product Leadership to help define and evolve the CR Essentials product strategy, particularly around RCM and practice management
- Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery
- Help balance the complex needs of care practices while delivering a lightweight, user‑friendly experience for our users
- Translate complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams
- Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact
