POSITION PURPOSE
You will turn consumer insights into integrated campaigns that build Lilly brand awareness, trust and patient activation in Italy. You will manage assigned marketing projects from brief to delivery, including initiatives with pharmaceutical retail partners and in neuroscience, as part of a broader consumer marketing remit.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to consumer marketing plans,
translating brand priorities, audience insights and market opportunities into clear activation roadmaps for assigned projects.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, paid media, retail and experiential touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand expression and a clear consumer journey.
- Adapt global and regional assets for Italian audiences and develop local content with agencies, turning complex health topics into accessible, relevant communication.
- Manage creative and agency briefs, deliverables, timelines and approval workflows; coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality execution.
- Work with pharmaceutical retail partners, including pharmacies and pharmacy networks, to develop consumer education, in-store and digital activations aligned with marketing objectives.
