You will assist the Chef de Rang in all stages of room service and maintain impeccable standards throughout corridors and guest rooms.
You will set up, deliver, and clear IRD trays with precision, collaborate with kitchen and front office, and uphold hygiene and HACCP standards in a luxury hospitality environment.
