Purpose of the RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager at Burberry, you will play a pivotal role supporting the Store Manager in driving category performance, leading and motivating your sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals and deliver the exceptional Burberry Experience. This position demands a passionate, hands-on leader dedicated to coaching, developing talent, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand's values and standards.
