Overview

In this role you will manage purchasing activities in line with company procedures, processing purchase orders, tracking shipments and maintaining optimal inventory. You will collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D; and Regulatory to minimize stockouts and supply chain risks. You will base purchase decisions on demand and production schedules, while building strong internal and external relationships. This position offers hands-on influence over procurement processes within a global manufacturing environment.

Responsabilità

- Process purchase orders and follow up deliveries
- Source for new potential suppliers and negotiate rates
- Monitor inventories and ensure they are kept at appropriate levels
- Maintain and update supplier vendor list
- Work towards department KPI’s
- Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D;,



Regulatory as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues in the procurement process
- Contract management

Requisiti fondamentali

- Proactivity, critical thinking, problem solving skills
- Team work approach
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office365 suite); Excel skills such as Pivot Tables, Power Query are a plus
- Knowledge of Oracle would be a plus
- Good English written and spoken
- 2 year working experience, preferably in Procurement, Supply Chain or Operations
