Overview
In this role, you will manage facility infrastructure and maintenance operations to ensure reliability and efficiency of building systems and production equipment. You will lead the maintenance team to deliver high performance while minimizing downtime, and oversee safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. You will drive continuous improvement to support operational excellence and sustainability goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute capital and facility projects, shaping how our manufacturing site scales and performs.

Responsabilità
- Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high performance and technical expertise
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Supervise, plan, and administer department activities providing a safe work environment
- Oversee maintenance and repair of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) and utility performance
- Develop and drive a maintenance plan to minimize downtime and manage plant equipment (WWT, filling lines, osmosis, printing, utilities, air handling)
- Plan preventive maintenance, address production breakdowns, and follow SOP-based inspection routines
- Maintain documentation of repair records and project progress
- Plan and execute facility improvements (renovations, expansions, equipment installations)
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, environmental standards per EHS Manager guidance
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, and report on cost-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of facility operations and maintenance schedules
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience in facility and maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
- Experience with Capital Improvement projects
- Experience with EPA, OSHA, FDA, and MDSAP regulations/compliance
- Strong technical problem-solving abilities
- Experience with LEAN methodologies
- Experience managing a maintenance team
- Leadership and team development skills
