h3POSITION SUMMARY /h3pThe bHotel Maintenance Technician /b is responsible for ensuring that the hotel's facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained in safe, efficient, and excellent working condition. This role performs preventive maintenance, responds to repair requests, and supports the overall guest experience by ensuring that all hotel areas meet quality and safety standards. Working closely with other departments, the Maintenance Technician helps maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests and associates. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPerform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment. /liliRespond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues. /liliTroubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems. /liliMaintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to company standards. /liliEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. /liliMaintain accurate maintenance records and work orders. /liliSupport renovation projects and emergency repairs when required. /li /ulh3Qualifications Skills /h3ulliTechnical diploma or certification in maintenance, engineering, or a related field preferred. /liliPrevious experience in hotel maintenance or a similar technical role. /liliBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. /liliStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team. /liliGood communication and organizational skills. /liliFlexibility to work shifts,
