/li /brliAbility to translate abstract concepts into clear and understandable models. /li /brliProactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative working style. /li /brliWillingness and ability to learn new concepts, methodologies and industry knowledge quickly. /li /br /ul /brpTOGAF, ArchiMate or similar architecture-related trainings or certifications are preferred. /p /brpBPMN / Business Process Modelling related trainings are an advantage. /p /brpBusiness Architecture or Enterprise Architecture related certifications are considered an advantage. /p /brpGood command of written and spoken English. /p /brh3How can you make an impact? /h3 /brul /brliDevelop and maintain Business Architecture standards for Allianz products and business functions, ensuring consistency and alignment with defined standards. /li /brliWork closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, objectives and strategic priorities and translate them into structured and scalable business architecture models. /li /brliAnalyse existing and target‑state business processes, systems and capabilities and identify improvement and development opportunities. /li /brliDevelop target Business Architecture models, roadmaps and transition plans aligned with Allianz’s strategic objectives. /li /brliSupport business transformation initiatives by providing Business Architecture guidance and ensuring alignment between business needs and target‑state solutions. /li /brliWork closely with Solution, Enterprise and Security Architecture teams to ensure that technology solutions are aligned with Business Architecture requirements. /li /brliSupport impact analysis and evaluation of new business initiatives, processes and system changes from a Business Architecture perspective. /li /brliTakes an active role in SDLC, portfolio management activities, ensuring that projects and changes are aligned with business architecture standards an strategic priorities. /li /brliMaintain Business Architecture documentation, models and related artefacts and ensure architectural consistency across initiatives.
