As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a refined, personalized, and memorable dining experience while leading a passionate front-of-house team.
What You'll Do:
?️ Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service from opening to closing
? Create memorable guest experiences through personalized and attentive service
? Manage reservations, seating plans, service flow, and special dining requests
? ? Coach, mentor, and develop restaurant team members to achieve exceptional performance
? Partner with culinary and beverage teams to enhance the dining experience
? Support revenue growth through upselling and guest engagement initiatives
✅ Maintain the highest standards of public health, sanitation, and operational compliance
? Coordinate special events, celebrations, and unique dining experiences for guests
What We're Looking For ?
✔️ 3-5 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining,
or premium restaurant operations
✔️ Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and service excellence
✔️ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
✔️ Excellent guest interaction and problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience managing operational standards, inventories, schedules, and service delivery
✔️ Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
✔️ Strong organization, communication, and leadership abilities
