Responsabilità

- Identify client issues and develop hypotheses through problem framing
- Design and conduct analyses to inform recommendations
- Synthesize findings into actionable procurement strategies and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to support clients’ business goals




- Develop and implement purchasing solutions and supplier development initiatives
- Engage in ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring from senior leaders

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master’s degree and exceptional academics
- Broad experience in strategic purchasing and/or supply management (e.g., global sourcing, category management, RfQ, negotiations)
- Demonstrated leadership in work or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to relocate or take on European assignments
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
