As Senior Brand Manager, you will combine strategic thinking, business ownership and people leadership to drive category growth and create impactful consumer experiences across all touchpoints. You will play a key role in translating local consumer insights and market opportunities into winning marketing strategies while leading a team and collaborating closely with both local and European stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will manage direct reports and act as a key business partner across Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and European Marketing teams.
Lead the development and execution of category and brand growth strategies, translating consumer, shopper and market insights into actionable business plans and sustainable growth opportunities.
Own category performance and financial results through ongoing analysis of market dynamics, business KPIs, forecasting, budgeting, annual planning and long-term strategic plans.
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies across all consumer touchpoints,



ensuring consistent brand execution and impactful consumer experiences.
Drive innovation and portfolio development by identifying emerging consumer needs, building business cases and partnering with European teams to bring new opportunities to market.
Act as a key cross-functional leader, building strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and other functions to deliver business priorities and projects.
Lead, coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning and high performance.
6+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Trade Marketing within FMCG or consumer goods industries, with a strong track record of driving business growth.
Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams.
