Dr. Schär is a global community of innovative and collaborative people, free to think outside the box and to unlock their full potential in terms of creativity, capability, and courage.Your TasksAct as a business partner for various departments by providing financial analyses and insights to support decision-making.Support and contribute to the New Product Development (NPD) process, including business case evaluations and financial assessments.Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability, efficiency, and cost transparency across the group.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of controlling data and documentation across the group.Drive the standardization, harmonization, and automation of controlling processes, reports, and tools to improve efficiency and data quality at group level.Participate in cross-functional and cross-country controlling expert teams, contributing to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices across the organisation.Your ProfileUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field2-3 years of professional experience in controllingStrong analytical skills, a structured working style and a hands-on, business-oriented mindsetConfident communicator with the ability to act as a trusted business partnerVery good command of English; additional languages are an advantageGlobal Mindset: Working in an international environmentNature meets Design:
