As Supervisor - Early Pharmaceutics, you lead formulation development activities and oversee laboratory operations. You will guide scientists to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient work practices. You’ll manage project scope, resources, and timelines, and support budget and forecasting for early formulation programs. This role sits at the intersection of science and operations, shaping a collaborative, high-performance lab culture. Lo scopra qui sotto.Manage day-to-day laboratory activities for assigned formulation projects, guiding scientists to deliver high-quality resultsProvide technical and operational support to Research Experts and project teams to ensure on-time delivery to standardsSupervise project scope changes, resource requirements, workload planning, and tracking of project activitiesSupport project management activities including budget tracking, forecasting, status reporting, and delivery updatesEnsure laboratory practices comply with SOPs, quality standards, IOPs, and Health & Safety requirementsPromote safe,



efficient, and compliant laboratory operationsIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance laboratory processes and workflowsSupport team development through coaching, feedback, and development discussionsCoordinate workload prioritisation and resource planning to support business and project needsAct as a point of support for resolving laboratory, project delivery, and operational challengesMSc (or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacy, Drug Delivery, or related discipline5-6+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably xysqume in early formulation development or related areasExperience managing or supervising laboratory teamsExperience supporting project delivery, resource planning, and laboratory operationsExcellent communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to collaborate in a fast-paced scientific environmentBudget tracking, forecasting, or financial awareness is advantageousCommitment to continuous improvement, scientific excellence, and developing peopleLanguages: excellent English (written and spoken); Italian, German or French is advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
