- They oversee the day-to-day running of restaurants, bars, room service, or catering.
- **Staff Management**
- They hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff like chefs, servers, bartenders, and supervisors
- **Customer Experience**: - **Budgeting & Cost Control**: - Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless, comfortable stay for every guest This is a **_permanent position _**with a start date to be agreed upon. The position requires working varied shifts,
