A CSA Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of complex construction projects, coordinating civil, structural and architectural works from planning through to completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage key project activities, work with multiple stakeholders and oversee the performance of construction and engineering teams within a mission-critical infrastructure environment.

The CSA Project Manager will be responsible for developing project execution strategies, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

The CSA Project Manager Role:

- Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver assigned projects successfully
- Develop project execution strategies,



logistics plans and delivery approaches
- Create and manage project schedules, coordinating CSA works and key milestones
- Oversee project costs, budgets and performance reporting
- Review and implement project quality and EHS management plans
- Manage and motivate construction and engineering teams
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and procurement activities
- Chair project meetings and monitor delivery performance
- Work with design teams to ensure project requirements are achieved
- Develop and implement testing and xysqume commissioning procedures

CSA Project Manager Requirements:

- Previous experience delivering construction projects in a project management capacity
- Ideally 7+ years’ experience in a relevant construction or engineering environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating project teams, subcontractors and suppliers
