- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline and 2 years' post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: secondary education and 4 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.

- Experience in HR, business administration, or a related field, with demonstrated exposure to HR service delivery or people management support activities.
- Sound digital literacy with experience in using office automation systems and software applications, e.g.

Microsoft Office

Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and managers at all levels of the organisation, handling sensitive matters with discretion, and maintaining professionalism in a multicultural environment.

POST DETAILS

- Basic monthly salary: EUR 4 150.63 tax free - before insurance and pension contributions.

Salaries are before insurance and pension contributions.

NSPA staff members of the same grade can submit a transfer request till 18 October 2026.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
