Since 2007, it has collaborated with some of the main Italian and international brands, translating their values into tailor-made communication projects. # Overview The person will be responsible for Copy activities at our offices in Milan. We are looking for a candidate belonging to protected categories (art. 1 – L. 68/99). # Responsibilities * Follows the workflows of the copy team * Develops creative concepts in collaboration with the design and strategy teams * Ensures consistency of tone of voice across all touchpoints * Participates in pitches and client presentations * Supervises the quality of texts produced by the team * Supports the evolution of the brand's verbal communication systems # Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in similar roles * Experience in integrated communication * Excellent knowledge of advertising language and main application contexts * ATL Focus * Professional knowledge of the English language # Soft Skills * Collaborative leadership * Ability to synthesize narrative and clear exposition * Ability to manage complex feedback constructively * Integrated vision between textual content and visual creativity # Additional information We are committed to creating an environment where people can develop their potential and build a growth path over time. The salary range is defined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required skills, organizational level, market benchmark, and internal consistency.
