Have you built solid experience in developing Artificial Intelligence solutions? The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B3 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 37,000€ to 65,000€. You have built your academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. * **Expertise in Generative AI and Foundation Models**. At least 3 years of experience with advanced generative models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI Agent orchestration. * **Mastery of Agentic Systems and Enterprise Stack**. Experience in designing multi-agent systems, integrating external tools and managing security (authentication, compliance and AI governance) in Cloud environments. * **MLOps/LLMOps Experience**. Solid hands-on practice with CI/CD pipelines for AI systems, model monitoring and scalability. * **Consulting mindset.** You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding complex challenges, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to turn complexity into clear, practical solutions. **WHO WE ARE** Reply is a company that specialises in Consulting, Systems Integration and Digital Services with a focus on the conception, design and implementation of solutions based on the new communication channels and digital media.
