In 2025, revenues reached 3.7 billion euros._ We are looking for a person to join the Global Central Function Research & Development team who will be responsible for: * Defining the software specifications to be implemented to meet system and customer requirements; * Developing application software for mechatronic systems, both for modifying and maintaining existing code, and for developing new functionalities; * Configuring the operating system and other third-party basic software modules; * Debugging software in a simulation environment (SIL/HIL) or on the bench and occasionally on the vehicle; * Developing toolchains to support the automation of code generation and software builds; * Ensuring that the software is developed according to company processes (A-SPICE) and in compliance with functional safety standards (ISO 26262),



where applicable; * Ensuring the analysis and resolution of anomalies and change requests from internal sources or at the request of the customer. Requirements: * Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering * At least 2 years of experience in similar roles in structured contexts; * Good knowledge of embedded software development and microcontroller programming, including the use of laboratory tools and in-circuit debuggers; * Knowledge of driver development for integrated devices connected via SPI, configuration of MCU peripherals and pin mapping; * Good knowledge of the English language. Nice to have: * Previous experience in the automotive, aerospace, railway, home appliance, IoT or industrial automation sectors; * Experience in using the AUTOSAR architecture; * Knowledge of tools for version control, issue tracking and requirements management; * Knowledge of scripting languages, preferably Python; * Knowledge of BLDC motors and related control techniques; * Knowledge of semi-formal documentation techniques (UML). The package includes: * Employment starting from level B1 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico, depending on seniority and skills * Gross Annual Salary starting from € 31,879.38 (minimum foreseen by CCNL for level B1), depending on seniority and skills * Performance premio (average gross value upon target achievement): € 6,000 * Company benefits system Workplace: Stezzano (BG) _The company guarantees the processing of data in accordance with European Regulation no. 2016/679, referring to the privacy policy available by continuing with this application.
