Under the hood, ForeSound runs on data pipelines that collect billions of data-points from social platforms, extraction that turns them into structured signals (artists, genres, cultural themes), and forecasting and recommendation systems that surface what is about to grow.
Our first pilots are already running with some of the biggest labels in the world, and we're backed by a team and an advisory board of senior leaders who have shaped the music industry at its highest level.

What You'll Do
- Shape and build the ForeSound product with the Head of Product and the CEO, from what label partners need to what ships. • Work independently and take on end-to-end projects, from design to delivery.
- Contribute to the development, documentation, and maintenance of the platform and its underlying components.
- Put LLM's to work on real data, turning millions of cultural signals into intelligence, with attention to quality and cost.
- Make sure the system can be trusted:
build the evaluation and quality checks to iterate and constantly improve our models.
What You'll Bring
- Deep expertise with AI: you use AI tools every day, for coding (Claude Code or similar), research, and your own workflows, and you have clear opinions on what works.
- 3 to 5 years of experience building software products that run in production: Python on the back end, React on the front end or at least a solid understanding of it.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs on real data, including how to evaluate their output and review AI-generated code critically.
- Experience with data pipelines and cloud infrastructure at scale.
- Independence: you take a project end to end, deciding what to build with the people who need it, then building it.
- Excitement about shaping a new category in the music industry from the inside.
- Prior back-end experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in Music Tech is a plus.

Rewarding Your Contribution
- Compensation: €45K–€60K annual equivalent, based on experience.
