### Job Specs * **Job Name:** Experienced - Healthcare Performance Improvement * **Location:** Roma * **Business Area:** ENGINEERING, AI & DATA * **Seniority:** Experienced * **Business Function:** TECHNOLOGY & TRANSFORMATION ### What impact will you make? **Experienced - Healthcare Performance Improvement** We are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join Deloitte Consulting's Life Science & Healthcare team in Rome, working in a Hybrid mode. The Healthcare business focuses on supporting public/private healthcare companies in identifying solutions and models aimed at improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of services offered, also with the support of new technologies. You will be involved in supporting activities for corporate strategic directions and internal units to improve profitability and achieve operational excellence of the business model. **Your Role** The Experienced resource will be part of a work team and will be responsible for: * Participating in project activities and deliverable production, managing project team coordination and supporting the Manager in client management * Designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions to monitor the performance of public/private healthcare companies * Cost and production factor analysis activities to support Management Control and Analytical Accounting structures * Designing and analyzing accounting and health flows for the production of Analytical Accounting models * Gathering business requirements and producing functional requirements for structuring data-driven solutions * Redefining administrative-accounting processes for clients and change management for public/private healthcare companies with a view to digitalizing services **What we offer** The salary for this position is between EUR 33,000 and EUR 37,500 gross per year for the Consultant grade, and between EUR 39,000 and EUR 49,000 gross per year for the Senior Consultant grade. The classification will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in application of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce, Distribution and Services. The definition of the specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or accessory benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the requirements of the position. **Winning Requirements** * Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Engineering (with particular reference to courses and specializations with a focus on healthcare) or in STEM and Business subjects * At least 2 - 5 years of experience in Consulting and/or System Integration companies, with a focus on the Healthcare sector or in public health companies and major national private health groups in the Management or Information Systems area * Experience in digital transformation projects in the healthcare sector, such as analysis/implementation/configuration of business intelligence tools, administrative-accounting systems, budget planning and forecasting systems, etc. * Knowledge of the context and organizational logic of the National/Regional Health System,
