In this role, you will be the bridge between our guests and our organisation, ensuring exceptional service delivery and creating memorable experiences for our international clientele. - Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression - Communicate with guests in Italian, German, and/or French to address enquiries, requests, and concerns with empathy and efficiency - As a multilingual professional, you will utilise your language skills to communicate with guests from diverse backgrounds,
