TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Approximately 80% travel throughout Italy is required for this position.

GRAFF is a growing international organization headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, with a strong global presence in the high-end luxury kitchen and bath industry. GRAFF maintains European offices in Stuttgart, Germany, and Florence and Milan, Italy.
As we continue to expand our presence in Italy, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Business Development Manager - Italy to strengthen and grow our existing business.
The successful candidate must be fluent in Italian and English and permanently based in Italy, ideally near a major metropolitan area. This is a highly active field-based position requiring approximately 80% travel throughout Italy.
Position Objective
The primary objective of this role is to strengthen GRAFF's business throughout Italy by developing existing relationships while actively identifying and creating new opportunities.




The Sales & Business Development Manager will regularly visit existing and prospective showrooms, distributors, architects, interior designers, and other key industry partners to expand GRAFF's network, increase brand awareness, generate project opportunities, and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate is highly sales-oriented, enjoys developing relationships and achieving measurable goals, appreciates luxury design, and possesses a practical understanding of technically specified products.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop new business opportunities and expand GRAFF's presence throughout Italy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and selective distribution partners.
• Regularly visit existing and prospective showrooms to strengthen relationships and identify sales opportunities.
