About the Role
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth across the business. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a critical role in delivering one of the company's key strategic priorities: building a strong top-of-funnel engine that supports ambitious revenue growth targets.
This role exists to generate qualified pipeline by creating a high-performing marketing function, aligning marketing initiatives with broader go-to-market plans, and ensuring measurable contribution to business growth. You will work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to position the business as a market leader and accelerate customer acquisition globally.
Responsibilities
• Define and execute the global marketing vision, strategy, and annual operating plan aligned with company growth objectives.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline creation through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Build, lead,
and develop a high-performing marketing team focused on measurable business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Portfolio Manager and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment across all go-to-market activities.
• Develop and strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and thought leadership within target markets.
• Oversee and optimize key marketing channels including:
o Content and thought leadership
o Events and sponsorships
o Digital marketing and paid advertising
o SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
o Marketing automation and lead nurturing
o Public relations and promotional campaigns
• Establish marketing performance metrics and reporting frameworks to track pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment.
