The CSA Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting the financial performance, reporting, and operational finance activities of the CSA business. The role partners closely with regional finance leaders, commercial teams, controllership, project management,



and shared service organizations to ensure accurate financial reporting, effective margin management, compliance with accounting requirements, and continuous process improvement.
The successful candidate will provide financial analysis and insights, support closing and forecasting activities, drive data quality initiatives, and contribute to business decision-making across multiple regions and legal entities.

As CSA Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Financial Planning & Analysis
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting processes, including revenue, margin, and profitability analysis.

• Partnering with regional CSA Finance Managers to develop sales and margin outlooks and assess risks and opportunities.

• Analyzing business performance drivers and report to management

Financial Reporting & Closing
• Supporting monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activitie
