Help us build the Polish market from the ground up RealAdvisor is launching in Poland — and we're looking for ambitious Sales Partners to help us build this market from day one.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage of our Polish expansion, with a huge amount of room to grow and significant commercial opportunities ahead.
RealAdvisor is one of Europe's leading digital platforms in the real estate ecosystem. Founded in Switzerland, we currently support 5,000+ real estate agencies and reach more than 10 million users every year across Europe.
We are now expanding into Poland and are looking for freelance Sales Partners who know how to turn commercial opportunities into customers.
You don't need previous experience in real estate — we'll train you on the product and the market.
What we do need is a proven track record in sales and, above all, the ability to close deals.
The opportunity
Poland is a newly launched market for RealAdvisor, which means there is a lot to build — and a lot of opportunity for the people joining us early.




You won't be stepping into a mature market with an established sales structure. You'll have the opportunity to help shape our commercial presence in Poland, build relationships with customers, generate business and grow alongside the market.
Our goal is to build a high-performing sales team capable of reaching at least 15 sales per month per Sales Partner.
For top performers, our commission structure offers the potential to earn €20,000+ per month, depending on results. We already have colleagues consistently earning €30,000+ per month.

Your role
You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle, from the first contact all the way through to signing the contract.
We're not looking for people who only specialise in prospecting or only run demos. We're looking for full-cycle sales professionals who can independently manage a sales process from beginning to end.
