Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Verona. The Owner is responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring the business meets financial and service goals. Typical activities include managing budgets, reviewing performance metrics, supervising staff, and coordinating with suppliers, clients, and partners. The role involves handling key decisions, resolving operational issues, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and guiding the business toward sustainable growth. The Owner also leads business development initiatives, maintains a strong presence in the local community, and ensures a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership with responsibility for operations and financial performance.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management, including interpreting reports and making data-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams,



including performance management, coaching, and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and resolving complex issues.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with staff, customers, vendors, and community stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant local business regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices for ethical and compliant operations.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools and basic business software; experience with point-of-sale or management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Verona tempo pieno, with a hands-on approach to daily operations and customer interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
