Facilities Maintenance Engineer

The candidate will work within the technical operations team and collaborate directly and continuously with the client and the various departments within the service.

This position involves a dynamic, technical-managerial role, with responsibility for overseeing the maintenance of company systems and infrastructure, ensuring their efficiency, reliability, safety, and operational continuity.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance; coordinating with suppliers and external contractors; and managing electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. They will be able to analyze malfunctions and define corrective actions; monitor KPIs, costs, and maintenance budgets; and support energy efficiency and plant improvement projects.

The candidate will ensure compliance with current regulations regarding health and safety, the environment, fire prevention,



and facility management. They will assist in managing audits, inspections, and technical compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Management Engineering;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Minimal experience in the role;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Proactive and team-oriented;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Attention to detail in data management and reporting;
• Commitment to continuous learning in a constantly evolving environment.
