Role Description This is a tempo parziale remote role for a Talent Management Specialist at Actually Podcast. The Talent Management Specialist will design and implement talent programs that support the growth and performance of a distributed podcast production team. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current talent needs, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting performance management processes. The role also involves driving employee engagement activities, supporting succession planning efforts for key roles, and maintaining documentation and metrics related to talent programs. The specialist will collaborate closely with leadership and team members to ensure talent strategies align with the podcast’s creative and operational goals.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Talent Management skills, including the ability to design and execute talent programs aligned with organizational strategy.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Engagement, with experience creating initiatives that strengthen motivation,



retention, and team culture.
• Candidates should possess Training & Development skills, including identifying learning needs and coordinating or designing training materials and sessions.
• Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, such as supporting goal-setting, feedback processes, and performance reviews.
• Candidates should possess Succession Planning skills, including identifying critical roles and developing strategies to build internal pipelines.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in HR or people operations, strong communication and collaboration skills, proficiency with remote work tools, and the ability to analyze data to inform talent decisions.
• Prior experience in media, creative industries, or podcasting, and relevant education or certification in Human Resources or Organizational Development, are a plus.
