We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager to support major pharmaceutical and life sciences projects across Italy.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a risk professional who thrives in complex project environments and can drive effective risk management practices that improve project outcomes.
Working closely with project leadership teams, you will identify, assess, manage and communicate project risks while supporting informed decision-making across major capital programmes.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain project risk management frameworks and processes
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and stakeholder review sessions
• Develop and manage project risk registers
• Monitor risk exposure and mitigation actions
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments
• Support schedule and cost risk analysis activities
• Integrate risk information into project controls reporting and forecasting
• Prepare clear risk reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders
About You
• Extensive Project Risk Management experience
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or regulated manufacturing projects
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk methodologies
• Experience facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
• Knowledge of schedule risk analysis and cost risk modelling
• Experience using industry-standard risk management tools
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Fluent Italian and English
