The Role
For our HR team, we are looking for a student to join for a curricular internship , who is eager to discover the world of Human Resources, as a HR Generalist Intern.
You will have the opportunity to see firsthand how people management works within a multinational company and be involved in the day-to-day activities of the HR team.
In particular, you will be able to:

• assist with employee onboarding and the overall employee lifecycle;
• support the continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the employee lifecycle;
• work with the HR team in the implementation and monitoring of international and cross-functional HR projects;
• prepare documentation, presentations,



and supporting materials for HR activities. Support the team in organizing events to share the company culture outward.

The person
We would like someone with these features to join the team:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Languages, or a related field (preferable, but still open to recent graduates interested in an extracurricular internship);
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Basic knowledge of Spanish is nice to have;
• Interest in Human Resources and people-related topics, with a willingness to gain hands-on experience across different HR processes;
• Determination, a learning-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach, reflecting the values shared by all members of the company;
• Ability to fit in a multicultural and international environment.
