How you’ll help us:




• Provide technical troubleshooting support to distributors, installers, EPCs, and customers via phone, email, and digital communication channels.
• Deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and product presentations to distributors, installers, service partners, and internal colleagues.
• Provide technical support during customer meetings and pre-sales activities when required.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and service partners.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support customer relationships and business development.
• Work closely with Product Management, R&D;, and headquarters to resolve technical issues and improve products and processes.
• Monitor relevant Italian technical regulations and grid-code requirements.
• Support the qualification, onboarding, and management of authorized service partners.
• Document technical cases and customer interactions accurately in the
