Your role

We are looking for a Senior Innovation Director for Strategy Advisory to join Ingenium in a senior leadership position.
This role is designed for an accomplished professional with at least 15–20 years of experience across strategy consulting, technology, artificial intelligence, innovation or digital transformation.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong point of view on how AI, emerging technologies and new business models are transforming Fashion and Luxury - someone capable not only of understanding change,



but of helping senior executives decide what to do next.
You will operate as a senior advisor, thought leader and strategic partner to our clients, contributing directly to the development of Ingenium’s advisory practice.

What you'll do

• Strategic Advisory: Advise C-level executives and senior leadership teams on innovation, technology, AI and business transformation.
• AI & Technology Strategy: Translate developments in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies into concrete strategic opportunities for Fashion and Luxury companies.
• Innovation Strategy: Design innovation strategies, transformation roadmaps and long-term strategic recommendations.
• Future & Market Intelligence: Identify technological, competitive and societal shifts that could reshape the Fashion and Luxury industries.
• Thought Leadership: Develop strong perspectives, strategic frameworks and executive-level insights on the future of Fash
