We are looking for a dedicated intern in our HR Industrial team , with the objective of monitoring and developing engagement programs for our Ferrari blue collars, aiming to promote continuous improvement, motivation, and participation in company’s activities. Simultaneously,
you will support the HR Business Partner on the following daily activities:
- employee life cycle management;
- update and provide reports, KPI analysis and monitoring.
Required profile For this fundamental role in managing the HR Industrial activities, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar . You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work-experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
