About the roleProperty managers run their businesses from their phones: approving bookings, messaging guests, fixing problems at 11pm from a different city. Our mobile app is where that happens, for operators ranging from single-property hosts to enterprise teams managing thousands of units, and for the guests they host.
The app until today grew feature by feature in order to have parity with the web based dashboard. The app is a major part of our product offering and needs a coherent design and identity. You'll be the designer who gives it one. This is a senior individual contributor role on the mobile team, working with a PM, an EM and 4 engineers building on React Native for the app and play store.
How we designOur design source of truth is code, not Figma. Designers on this team prototype and iterate in Claude Code against our real design system, and we use Figma less every month.
If you already work this way, you'll feel at home. If the idea excites you and you can show you've been moving in that direction, we want to talk. If you'd rather stay Figma-first, this probably isn't the right team.
