Here’s what you’ll be upto
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for aBusiness Development Manager to cover Italy. In this role,
you will report directly to the Country Manager of Italy and play akey role in driving our regional expansion.Your mission will be to build WDP’s local market intelligence and commercial network, identify and qualify opportunities, support the first commercial leads and help translate WDP’s international track record into acredible local market position.
- You will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy by identifying, qualifying and originating the first wave of opportunities in Italy and attracting companies looking for logistics real estate solutions.
- You maintain close relationships with real estate agents and act as acomplementary partner, working alongside clients throughout the process.
- You will be responsible for developing new sites and seeking acquisitions of existing logistics buildings (incl. land positions, development opportunities, acquisitions, built-to-suit projects and sale-and-leaseback transactions).
