About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze seeks a talented Manager in Training for our P&C; department. As a Manager in Training (MIT) - People & Culture, you will work alongside the People & Culture team, gaining exposure to all P&C; aspects while contributing to an exceptional employee experience. This 18-month development program is designed for a people-oriented individual with strong business acumen who is eager to make an impact, grow as a leader and build a successful career within Four Seasons. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-
