Kong Inc. in Milan is seeking an IT Operations/Support professional to own day-to-day IT at the office. You will manage device lifecycle, AV setup, and support across Mac, Windows and mobile, while administering core tools like Okta and Google Workspace.
You will handle endpoint management via MDM, monitor security settings, and resolve network issues to keep the office running smoothly. Fluent English is required and experience with ITSM is a plus.
