To boost the Italian team in the Data Center Sector, We are looking for a Contract & Cost Manager - Data Center, to support one of our most important clients in a rapidly growing industry.
In this role, you will contribute to complex, high-profile projects, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact within a global leader in sustainable design and engineering.
Role accountabilities:
Management of the entirety of the Building Contracts.
Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the
Contractor and other contractors undertaking the project.
Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc
Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only).
Discuss the adjusted contract sum (final
