- Act as the technical lead for complex production issues and escalations
- Lead troubleshooting activities for critical incidents and major outages
- Coordinate root cause analysis with Engineering, QA, Architecture and DevOps teams
- Promote operational stability, risk mitigation, and service reliability
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and other project stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, coordinating day-to-day activities and assigning Jira tickets and tasks.
- Perform complex troubleshooting on the most critical and non-standard issues (e.g., performance incidents, service degradations), leveraging monitoring and observability tools (dashboards, alerts, logs, metrics, traces) to quickly identify and resolve root causes.
