Responsibilities Make an impactPrimary goals for this role include:

- Lead the design and development of mechanical components and subsystems, translating requirements into effective automated solutions
- Own the delivery of assigned project scope, including design, implementation, testing,
integration, and documentation
- Analyze and challenge requirements to ensure robust, efficient, and compliant technical solutions
- Produce technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project delivery targets
- Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
- Contribute to system design decisions and perform design risk assessments
- Define technical specifications for procurement of project-related equipment
