We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Quality team, contributing to the development, production,
and continuous improvement of our automatic packaging machines. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality standards across products and processes while supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities using structured Problem Solving tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments (Production, Engineering, R&;Support product and process development activities, contributing to design reviews, FMEA, and risk assessments to minimize residual risks in new and existing machines;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes comply with internal Quality System standards and operational procedures;
Develop, maintain, and update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports;
Support internal audits and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product reli
